Terms of Service

Welcome to GridRivl. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GridRivl website and mobile app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use GridRivl. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens on your account.

Acceptable use

To keep the game fair and fun, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, or manipulate scores, ranks, coins, or leaderboards.
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or farm referrals or rewards dishonestly.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players, or post offensive usernames or content.
• Attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the Service, or probe its security.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

We may remove content, reset stats, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

Virtual coins & purchases

• Coins are a virtual, in-game currency with no real-world cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred off the Service.
• You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use coins and cosmetic items within the Service — you do not own them.
• In-app coin purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; your purchase is also subject to Google Play's terms. Refunds are handled through Google Play.
• Except where required by law or by Google Play's policies, purchases are final and coins are non-refundable.
• We may change coin prices, packages, rewards, and the in-game economy at any time. If your account is terminated for breaking these Terms, you may lose access to coins and items without refund.

Content you submit

If you submit content — such as trivia questions, a username, bio, or team details — you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant GridRivl a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and adapt it within the Service. Submitted questions may be edited, used, or rejected at our discretion.

Our content

The Service, including its design, graphics, car artwork, code, and trivia content, belongs to GridRivl or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without our permission. Trademarks and series names mentioned in trivia are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; GridRivl is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Account termination

You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridRivl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of coins, items, data, or progress.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
